One of our Nova Nidra Teacher Training members said something during our 1:1 call that I want to share... exactly as she said it:

"It's worth every penny. If there's a financial hesitation... It's priceless. People are on the fence. You're not going to learn from something without making the commitment. Put a stake in it."

I've thought about that phrase a lot. Put a stake in it.

There's something about committing to your own growth... actually investing in it, actually showing up for it, that changes how you receive it. You stop dipping your toe in. You go in.

She wasn't just talking about money.

She was talking about the decision to take yourself seriously.

To say: this practice matters enough that I'm going to learn it properly. I'm going to invest in understanding it. I'm going to let it change me so I can offer it to others.
