Worldwide perspective of an open minded community. All sharing a felt experience. Nova nidra is unlike any other training I have experienced live or on-line.

The Rooted One | Nova Nidra | 40 Minutes
Something special just dropped for our VIP community. 🌕 The Rooted One | a brand new Yoga Nidra is live, and it was made with so much intention. Here's a little peek into what went into this one: 🌿 Lavender burning from Peru 🌊 Sounds recorded from a river that has genuinely stopped me in my tracks every time I walked past it 🌕 Woven with the energy of the Waxing Gibbous Moon... the phase of refinement, patience, and strengthening your foundation The Rooted One | Nova Nidra | Available Here This practice is an invitation to come back to the body. Every time you press play, you're choosing to return to your nature. Your groundedness. Yourself. Not everything needs to accelerate. Some things need to mature. This one is for the ones ready to steep into rest. 🍃

I was distracted by the sirens and the voices in the background track. At first the nature drew me in, birds chirping, rooster, even the dog was fine, but the sirens and the voices were too distracting to my ability to stay inward and the monkey brain took over. I have tried it twice. I will try again.
What does it feel like to finally stop pushing?
We talk a lot about doing. Building. Showing up. I want to talk about the other thing today. Because one of our members said something recently that I keep coming back to: "I needed some help from me. I knew I had the capability to get it... but I needed help finding that peace, that soft spot." — Peace in Rest Member That soft spot. I love that phrase. So many of us have forgotten we even have one.

Rooting the Rooted Ones | Did you feel that?
We just wrapped one of the most vulnerable, grounding sessions we've had in the Nova Nidra Community... and I'm still feeling it. Today we went deep into The Rooted One... WATCH REPLAY what it actually means to feel safe in your body, why so many of us are "tired and wired," and what it costs us to keep living that way. We got honest with ourselves. Some real gems came through today: 🌱 Why your body might feel like a foreign place — and how to come home to it 🌱 How the words "I am tired" are literally casting a spell on your nervous system 🌱 The relationship analogy that completely reframed how we care for ourselves 🌱 A 10-minute grounding nidra that had people feeling things they didn't expect If you missed it... the replay is available for the VIP Experience. This is the kind of session you watch more than once. Next month, we dive into The Tidal Hearts.... your emotional/energetic body. You don't want to miss where this is going. Rest well. 🌙

The importance of “routine” hit home for me. For too many reasons to write about, I have been living in the moment for the past few years. I found it difficult to plan ahead. Unintentionally in the past few weeks by journaling my experience with Yoga Nidra I see a pattern developing. Viola! There seems to be a routine developing, and I am feeling a difference in my body, my communication with others, and my emotional responses. It has been a long healing process. Routine is definitely a piece of the puzzle that helps.

Hi there, I enjoy beach combing, photography, and working with glass. I find peace through yoga and meditation, and like sharing my felt experience.
