In the class I talked about how I didn't grow up eating black beans regularly, so I still sometimes struggle with adding them into my diet. I have to be more intentional about it. Black beans are an amazing addition to a plant-based diet. They are packed with protein and fiber, they help keep you full, support steady energy, and great for your gut. March VIP Growth Session Replay Is Up
Today’s session felt very real. We walked through our March Energy Alignment Worksheet and looked at the seasonal shift. What are we overcomplicating? What can we simplify? Where do we actually need more support right now? We also talked through my March longevity adjustments. Instead of a rigid protocol, this month is about stabilizing. Keeping certain foundations steady, scaling back where needed, and prioritizing nervous system support. One moment that really stood out was when someone shared: “The simpler version would be to meet each day as it comes and be ok if my to-do list doesn’t get checked off. I had to let go of control and rest and take care of me.” That’s the work. Longevity is not about forcing habits when you’re depleted. It’s about knowing when to soften, when to adjust, and when to protect your energy. I also introduced a Women’s Energy Stability Guide in honor of March and Women’s International Day.
