✨ VIP Nervous System Reset Session Recap ✨
We had our VIP Growth Session yesterday, and it ended up being a really timely and meaningful call. Going into the session, I was honestly debating whether to cancel. This week has been emotionally heavy for me with my bunny’s health issues, and my nervous system was already pretty activated. In the end, I realized that was exactly why I needed the call, not a reason to skip it. The session was intended to be a gentle nervous system reset, and real life showed up right on cue. We had a few tech hiccups and there was a moment where everything felt a little chaotic. Instead of forcing calm or pushing through, we laughed about it, slowed down, and stayed human together. That moment ended up becoming part of the lesson. We talked about how nervous system regulation is not about perfect tools or ideal conditions. It is about how we respond when things feel stressful, uncertain, or off plan. During the session, we worked through a few simple nervous system regulation techniques and talked about how different tools can support us in different moments. Some were more grounding, some helped release stress, and others focused on restoring a sense of safety and control in the body. One of the tools we referenced was the Cortices Technique, which supports nervous system regulation by helping different parts of the brain communicate more effectively during stress. One of our members, @Eloise Ansell, generously shared a link to her website that includes both an audio and video walkthrough of this technique. I wanted to share it here so you can try it yourself if your nervous system could use a little support today. 👉 Cortices Technique Resource: https://www.eloiseansell.com/bodytalk-cortices-technique/ This session was a reminder that longevity is not built through extremes. It is built through small moments of returning to steadiness, again and again, especially during hard weeks.

Today’s Cooking Class: Longevity Powder Mastery
Today was such a good Real Life Kitchen Cooking Class. ❤️ We walked step by step through how to build a personalized longevity powder using a simple, modular framework. We talked about the 5 step framework that included focusing on gut health, metabolic balance, inflammation support, and adaptogens. Instead of making one fixed recipe, we: - Built one daily serving at a time - Learned how to choose ingredients intentionally - Talked through why fiber comes first - Used polyphenol-rich powders (like berries and barberries) strategically - Covered storage, batching for the week, and real-life troubleshooting (clumping, digestion, taste) What I’m sharing here is the framework guide we used. It shows the big picture of how the system works. This guide doesn’t include the ingredient deep dives, rotation strategy, or troubleshooting nuance we covered live. It’s meant to show how to think, not give a one-size-fits-all recipe. 🔐 For VIP Members The class replay + full guide are now posted inside the VIP classroom, where we go much deeper into: - Ingredient selection - Why certain powders were chosen - How to rotate over time - How to adjust based on digestion, energy, and goals 🌱 Not in VIP? I wanted to share the framework so you can see how we approach longevity nutrition — thoughtfully, practically, and without overwhelm. If this sparked curiosity for you, just know: we go much deeper inside VIP 💚

✨ VIP January Longevity Session Recap ✨
We had our VIP January longevity session today, and it was honestly so lovely getting together. 🥰 We spent time talking through what we are doing really well, where things feel challenging, and which habits are actually supporting us right now. It is always such a supportive space, and I genuinely enjoy these conversations. We checked in on January routines and focused on what is working when it comes to some of the foundations like movement, plant based meals, sleep, and energy. The emphasis was not on doing more, but on choosing habits that feel realistic and sustainable. A few highlights from the conversation: • Walking and strength training over extreme workouts • How meal timing and sleep affect energy • Being gentle with ourselves when we don't feel up for all the things, and really just need rest • Building longevity through simple habits that we can actually stick with I also shared my own January longevity routine and introduced new classroom resources, including a guided breathwork practice to support calm and recovery. These VIP sessions are all about clarity, consistency, and support in real life. More coming next week with our live cooking session and community tea chat (which is open to ALL members). Today's replay can be found here: #January Longevity Check-In
