We walked step by step through how to build a personalized longevity powder using a simple, modular framework. We talked about the 5 step framework that included focusing on gut health, metabolic balance, inflammation support, and adaptogens.
Instead of making one fixed recipe, we:
- Built one daily serving at a time
- Learned how to choose ingredients intentionally
- Talked through why fiber comes first
- Used polyphenol-rich powders (like berries and barberries) strategically
