Off to another workshop!
This morning I'm doing a workshop at this beautiful outdoor sculpture museum called Grounds for Sculpture. I've done several workshops for them in the last couple of years, and I always join in on their Wellness Walk right before my workshop. I'll be sharing about immune boosting foods, and then we'll do some juicing! Wish me luck. ๐Ÿ’• I know I'm a little behind on messages and comments, so I'll be catching up later today. It's been a busy week! I also have another resource I'm creating and I can't wait to share it with you when it's ready. I almost didn't have my morning matcha today ๐Ÿ˜…
So I make my own soy milk from scratch, like I soak the beans and everything, but this morning I completely forgot to soak them overnight. No homemade soy milk. No problem, I'll just grab my backup shelf-stable plant milk... except I was out of that too. Then I remembered this hack. You just add a tablespoon of nut butter to some water, throw it in the blender, and you have instant plant milk. So I grabbed some almond butter, blended it up, and honestly it worked out perfectly. It got me thinking about all the little hacks we pick up over time, the ones that save us when real life happens and the fridge just doesn't cooperate. So I want to hear from YOU. What's your go-to hack when you've run out of something or forgot to buy something?
