Phir bhi cravings high thi 😅 No heavy exertion… still body wanted more fuel. Later: 2 chicken stuffed cheese sandwiches, 1 boiled shakar kandhi, 1 scoop of Anabolic Mass shake. Energy low nahi thi. Mood good. Hormones felt stable. Bas cravings samajh nahi aa rahi abhi — maybe body Ramadan rhythm pe adjust ho rahi hai. Leg cramps from last leg day still thore feel ho rahe the.
