Sehri sweet & simple combo:
2โ3 bread slices + curd & sugar,
6โ7 tbsp gajar halwa ๐
2 whole eggs + chai.
Iftar:
Red beans chaat (cucumber, apple, tomato, onion),
1 kachori,
2 medium chicken rolls,
2 dates + LOTS of water ๐ง
Gym off day tha.
Phir bhi cravings high thi ๐
No heavy exertionโฆ still body wanted more fuel.
Later:
2 chicken stuffed cheese sandwiches,
1 boiled shakar kandhi,
1 scoop of Anabolic Mass shake.
Energy low nahi thi.
Mood good. Hormones felt stable.
Bas cravings samajh nahi aa rahi abhi โ maybe body Ramadan rhythm pe adjust ho rahi hai.
Leg cramps from last leg day still thore feel ho rahe the. Recovery pe aur focus karna hoga.

Hamare paas jo bhi hai โ body, time, wealth, parents, children, opportunities โ sab amanah hai.
We are users. Not owners.
Jo cheez tumhari ownership mein nahi hoti, usko careless use nahi karte.
You respect it.
You protect it.
You donโt take it for granted.
Body bhi waise hi hai.
Time bhi.
Opportunities bhi.
Before it gets taken backโฆ use it well.
Ramadan sirf diet ka phase nahi.
Itโs perspective correction.
