Breakfast 1 CD size chapati+karely Lunch Banana milkshake Dinner Chicken leg piece Snack Watermelon Steps 26k Workout 46 min cardio+ strength training (On Tuesday... renovation was going on some part of our house...so I stayed in room most of the time ...did only workout couldn't do walk )
