A little update
Hi my lovely community ❤️ I’m really sorry for being away and not engaging with all of you. On Tuesday morning, something unexpected happened at my university. There was a sports week going on, and a football match was happening. After the match, the losing team started a fight with the winning team. I was just standing in the crowd watching, and suddenly the fight broke out around me, and I got hurt. I suffered a head injury and arms too. Because of this, I’ve been on bed rest Even though I’ve completed my 10-day challenge, I haven’t been able to do my walks or exercises. But through my meals and being mindful about my food, I’m trying to continue my journey in whatever way I can.
