My control portion is very good that’s y I am losing weight but I haven’t been working out
Progress over perfection
I started at 87.8 kg and today I’m at 82 kg. 🌿 It may not seem like a huge number to everyone, but to me, it’s proof that change is happening even on the days I felt stuck, even when I couldn’t give my 100%. This journey hasn’t been perfect. There were days of low energy, little movement, and moments of doubt. But I’m learning that progress doesn’t need perfection it just needs consistency, patience, and a little faith in yourself. Every small step mattered. Every choice added up. And I’m so proud of how far I’ve come. 🤍 To anyone on the same path: don’t quit just because it’s slow. Your effort is working, even when you can’t see it yet. 82 kg today and this is just the beginning. ✨

When I saw the drop on the scale mama and my sister telling me that my collar bone is kind of visible that’s when I knew if a lot can happen in such a short time then what will happen till the end of this year
