Day off
Today I couldn't be able to follow any plan..even can't do clean eating...had lunch outside( Desi food not junk )and small piece of cake in dinner...because it was birthday ๐Ÿซฃ. Now what to do in next few days to compensate those extra calories?? @Dn. Alina Afzaal @Dn. Hamda Zain
A little update
Hi my lovely community โค๏ธ Iโ€™m really sorry for being away and not engaging with all of you. On Tuesday morning, something unexpected happened at my university. There was a sports week going on, and a football match was happening. After the match, the losing team started a fight with the winning team. I was just standing in the crowd watching, and suddenly the fight broke out around me, and I got hurt. I suffered a head injury and arms too. Because of this, Iโ€™ve been on bed rest Even though Iโ€™ve completed my 10-day challenge, I havenโ€™t been able to do my walks or exercises. But through my meals and being mindful about my food, Iโ€™m trying to continue my journey in whatever way I can.
Question
This PCOS diet plan, does it mean we cannot take sugar at all not even 1 teaspoon? And can we not drink tea(chae) either? Do we have to take only lemongrass tea? What about the tea lovers. Posting this while having a jumbo cup of tea in my hand. ๐Ÿ˜ƒ๐Ÿ˜
