I am back after Eid and shadi in in laws family.. finally back in community... feeling happy and motivated again...gained 1.5kg 🫣 hopefully it would be water weight ..

To all the mothers in this community — you are doing an incredible job. You’re waking up for sehri, preparing meals, taking care of the kids, managing the home, and still trying to look after your own health and fasting through the day. And many of you are still showing up here, checking in, and trying to make better choices. That is not easy. And it deserves recognition. Remember, progress doesn’t have to be perfect. If all you managed today was feeding your family, staying patient with your kids, and getting through the fast — that itself is a win. Your effort matters. Your health matters. And the way you show up for your family every single day is truly admirable. To all the moms here: we see you, and we appreciate you. 🌙✨
