Hello Everyone I am Sajjad (male, 45 years, 79 kg, 166 cm). I reduced weight from 86 to 73 in 2023 and kept it under 75 till 2025 but in 2026 the trend is increasing. Want to reduce again, and achieve 70kg. Office job, whole day sitting. Joined this community for help and motivation.
