Today was too much busy guest are here so no pics Breakfast vegi omlate 1 bran bread 1 boiled egg a cup of tea Lunch Half bowl of soup Dinner Egg fried rice n Manchurian tried my best to stay in portion and a cup of tea Snacks Nuts handful Water only 1 ltr Walk ❌
