Day 10 – First Ashra Complete 🌙✨
Sehri pancake experiment 🥞😂 Shape zero… taste 8/10. 250g yogurt + 2 boiled eggs + chai + water. Solid base. Aaj Iftar invite tha — gift basket banaya: Juices, fruits, dates, chips. Simple but thoughtful 👌 Iftari at Dr. Tehreem @Tehreem Khan place = cheat meal masterclass 😭🔥 Samosas, pakoras, chana chaat, dahi bhale, kheer, chicken korma… Maghrib se Isha tak slow damage ho gaya 😂 What I ate (not one go, relax): 1 bowl chana chaat 2 bowls fruit chaat 4 samosas 2 pakoras ½ chapati 2 bowls kheer Gym late hua, belly overloaded feel ho raha tha. So no specific muscle focus — Cardio + full body strength + abs. Came back → 2 scoops Anabolic Mass. Big realization today: Old dress pehni… tight ho rahi thi 👀🔥 Progress visible. Time to update tailor sizes soon. Now something deeper. We crossed 10 days of first Ashra. Alhamdulillah. 🤲 Last 6 months ne perspective change kar diya. Before — deen was optional. Now — perspective is different. We didn’t come here just for dunya flex. This life is a process. A test. An upgrade system. Har problem panic karne ke liye nahi hoti. Har excitement bhi final victory nahi hoti. Overreaction ≠ solution. Perspective = solution. Ask yourself: Ye situation mujhe kya sikha rahi hai? Ye setback hai ya upgrade? Most of the time — it’s an upgrade in disguise. Make dua for me as well 🤲 May Allah ease everyone’s pain and fulfill the duas that are khair for us. See you tomorrow.
