I think this diet, losing weight, and focusing on good habits is having a continually beneficial impact. I know it won't be solved in a week, my I'm here for the long haul. ---Of note, Bryan Johnson talked about exercises that supposedly strengthen your muscles used for going #1 and that it led to no longer having to get up in the middle of the night to pee.
