Finally Slept Last Night! 🎉 Inspired by Robert G!
Thanks to Robert's post yesterday, I remembered a Hypnotherapy program I was using a lot last year. I went and checked it and it has some sessions specifically for helping with sleep. Last night I went to bed at 8PM and listened to two sessions to help me sleep. I think I was asleep by 9PM. I went into deep sleep. I woke sometime in the middle of the night to my husband snoring. So I turned on a Hypnotherapy session about sleep apnea and I promptly went back to sleep. I woke one more time (very briefly) and went back to sleep almost immediately. I woke when my husband's alarm went off at 6AM! I had 3 different dreams last night (between wake-ups) TOTAL HOURS: 9 hours 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

Sleep: 7hrs Times up: 3 Sleep score: 4 ---However, my Garmin score hit a rocking 84 and while I could have slept longer (6am gym appointment), I felt more rested than many days. I think this diet, losing weight, and focusing on good habits is having a continually beneficial impact. I know it won't be solved in a week, my I'm here for the long haul. ---Of note, Bryan Johnson talked about exercises that supposedly strengthen your muscles used for going #1 and that it led to no longer having to get up in the middle of the night to pee. I'm gonna look into it and give it a shot. Goal: Sleep through the night engaged!

Wow. Last night was my best sleep in - I can't remember! Sleep: 7.5 Hours Up: 1 Score: 6.5 Garmin Sleep Score: 93% (my best ever!) Feeling great!!

Went to sleep at 11 woke at 8:00. 9 hrs I don’t believe I was up in the night which is unusual, but I’ll take it!
SLEEP - IMPROVED!
Thursday Night Sleep Hours: 7 Times up/awake: 0! Score: 7 <-- best yet! Garmin sleep score: 83<-- best ever!! Also - no medicine to fall asleep either! woot! Very happy here.
