Thanks to Robert's post yesterday, I remembered a Hypnotherapy program I was using a lot last year. I went and checked it and it has some sessions specifically for helping with sleep.
Last night I went to bed at 8PM and listened to two sessions to help me sleep. I think I was asleep by 9PM. I went into deep sleep.
I woke sometime in the middle of the night to my husband snoring. So I turned on a Hypnotherapy session about sleep apnea and I promptly went back to sleep.
I woke one more time (very briefly) and went back to sleep almost immediately.
I woke when my husband's alarm went off at 6AM!
I had 3 different dreams last night (between wake-ups)
TOTAL HOURS: 9 hours 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
