Good Morning. DVT! Day 13
I intentionally lingered in bed until 8am; not sleeping but resting, praying, meditating, staying anchored, and not pushing harder. Use the weekend to watch, or rewatch, didactics. You are invited to add information to your Story Sheet! These two weeks you’ve already proven you’re tenacious, now practice trust in the process! Listen to your body, quiet your mind and let God lead the pace! Prepare for the Water Fast and schedule a Soak, if you're able. Remember that preparation is part of obedience, rest is part of strength and perseverance doesn’t always look loud. My favorites: just breathe, show up, speak life and don't give up! Rest and recharge this weekend! Keep going my Tenacious Ten!

Not bad at all!!
🙏🏼 Prayers Appreciated 🙏🏼
So when I jolted awake this morning I caused a misalignment in my occiput. I immediately got a sore throat and headache and neck ache. And my blood sugars shot up from all the cortisol. My chiro has been working with me on this for almost 6 months now, and it has been 3 weeks since I needed an adjustment. Before that it was weekly or sometimes twice a week, so we have made considerable progress. But, the soonest she can get me in is Saturday at 3PM. So I am just trying to breath through and deal with it until then. Please pray I can relax enough to stop this Fight or Flight crisis and lower my cortisol, so my sugars can come back down. Thanks.
