🙏🏼 Prayers Appreciated 🙏🏼
So when I jolted awake this morning I caused a misalignment in my occiput. I immediately got a sore throat and headache and neck ache. And my blood sugars shot up from all the cortisol. My chiro has been working with me on this for almost 6 months now, and it has been 3 weeks since I needed an adjustment. Before that it was weekly or sometimes twice a week, so we have made considerable progress. But, the soonest she can get me in is Saturday at 3PM. So I am just trying to breath through and deal with it until then. Please pray I can relax enough to stop this Fight or Flight crisis and lower my cortisol, so my sugars can come back down. Thanks.

Good Morning, DVT! Day 10
Great first part of the week! We have many successes! Excited for Class! Today, we want to reflect on the Sardine Challenge! What is your plan to complete or how did you complete if you started early. Is anyone planning on extra Sardine time? Continue to work on assignments and rewatch some of the didactic lectures. And add the Chase Hughes and Diary if a CEO interviews to your queue! You won't be sorry!

I’ll end mine this morning with a can and then eggs & bacon sometime after that. My numbers are good so want to be diligent and keep the momentum.
Good Morning. DVT! Day 11
Something is shifting in me, I hope you are experiencing the same! Quietly, deeply, faithfully. I find Day 11 is where strength meets surrender. You don’t have to push today; actually, just breathe, stay present and stay willing. Keep going, DVT. God is doing more than you can see. 🙌✨KOKO~Keep On Ketoing On!!!

@Johna Walker Good morning! Yes I see good numbers this morning!
Sardine fasting
I felt inspired by yesterday‘s discussion, and filled my cabinet with sardines in anticipation of the sardine fasting. To those starting early, I commend you. To those starting Sunday I raise my hands to you in celebration, in community, and solidarity. May we all learn and remember something very interesting about ourselves, from the ancient practice of eating little fish. Hugs and grace to you.

I don’t mind the sardines at all. Even got my husband to try a bite. Will start a little later today. :)
Sleep:
Went to sleep at 11 woke at 8:00. 9 hrs I don’t believe I was up in the night which is unusual, but I’ll take it!
