Wondering where I can find the items Dr Boz talks about? Rock salt etc

It is all on drboz.com. Although I only see regular salt and not the sucking stones which I wanted to try
48 Hours In
Day 1 was surprisingly civilized. A few hunger pangs showed up uninvited, whined for about 10 minutes, and left when I made it clear I wasn't answering the door. Day 2? The pangs came back with attitude - apparently they don't appreciate being ghosted. Smothered them with iced coffee (two shots, mountain of ice, zero regrets) and that shut them right up. Highlights: • Crushed a full 2-hour beach walk while binging audiobooks this morning. Fasting legs? Still working. • Hunger tried one more comeback tour in the afternoon, but I'm off coffee for the day so sparkling water with electrolytes got the bouncer job. Their still rumbling but I'm blatantly trying to ignore them. The game plan now: sleep through the hard part, wake up on the home stretch, and coast to 72. My friends already think I'm nuts, so at least I'm staying on brand. 😄 See you on the other side! 💪

This is my idea of heaven, Susan!
Good Morning. DVT! Day 13
I intentionally lingered in bed until 8am; not sleeping but resting, praying, meditating, staying anchored, and not pushing harder. Use the weekend to watch, or rewatch, didactics. You are invited to add information to your Story Sheet! These two weeks you’ve already proven you’re tenacious, now practice trust in the process! Listen to your body, quiet your mind and let God lead the pace! Prepare for the Water Fast and schedule a Soak, if you're able. Remember that preparation is part of obedience, rest is part of strength and perseverance doesn’t always look loud. My favorites: just breathe, show up, speak life and don't give up! Rest and recharge this weekend! Keep going my Tenacious Ten!
