They take 10–15 minutes and set the tone for your day. 1) Affirmations (post in Affirmations) When: First thing in the morning—before life gets loud. Why: Prime your nervous system, align intention with action. How: Keep it short, specific, and identity-based. Template: - I am ______ (identity you’re building) - Today I will ______ (one non-negotiable action) - I reject ______ (distraction or vice)Example:“I am a disciplined father and athlete. Today I will complete my training block and 20 minutes of mobility. I reject excuses.” 2) Public Journal (post in Public Journal) When: Morning or midday. Why: Transparency creates accountability; clarity beats motivation. How: Three prompts—keep it real. Template: - What I’m feeling / thinking: ______ - What I’m focused on today: ______ - Obstacle & plan: ______ → ______Example:“Feeling under-recovered. Focus: hydration + protein. Obstacle: late meetings → Plan: train at 6 pm, prep shake at 5:30.”

I’m reminded today that progress is not linear, it is situational, but you are not limited by anything or anyone except what you give power to. Even in the deepest valleys there’s still steps that can be made, keep taking one at a time and you’ll get there! Stay rooted in faith, take every thought captive and subject it under the Lord and don’t settle! 🙏🏾

Hey everyone! I’m an Army Veteran currently working in the Corrections field. 1 month ago, my co-workers and I initiated a challenge to lose 25 lbs by New Years. I feel like I’ve come to a halt at just 7 lbs down. What tips do y’all have for me to lose at least 18 more?
2025-11-16 My 30 days goal
As of 2025-12-15, I am able to perform 4 bouts of 5 interval cycles each (15 sec on, 60 sec off) with 4 minutes rest between bouts

Tonight I take inventory of influence. Not every voice deserves authority in my life. God places the right people around me to sharpen, not soften me — to refine, not comfort my excuses. I welcome correction. I value truth over approval. I choose growth over ego. The people I listen to will help shape the leader I become, so I choose voices of wisdom, discipline, faith, and accountability. I am being molded with intention. My circle is not random — it is part of my calling. Lord, align my ears with truth and my heart with purpose. Remove the noise and strengthen the voices that draw me closer to the man You created me to be. Tonight I rest knowing I am being refined, not rejected. Every challenge around me is preparation within me.
