Hi guys, my name is Jack. Just wanted to say hello. I’m here to get more laser-like focus with my business ideas, become more disciplined with my training, and stay consistent while trusting the process. I’m really looking to sharpen my mindset, build better habits, and keep moving forward day by day. Keen to be around like-minded people who are pushing themselves and aiming higher. Also, big respect to any Type 1 diabetics in here. That takes serious strength and discipline. Looking forward to learning, growing, and getting after it with you all.

Hello guys my name Jarrad Gomez I own a strength and conditioning gym in Amarillo Texas I have followed Phil for 3 years I want to increase my knowledge in the strength and conditioning world and I also want to take my first few amateur fights this year. I also have another mentor that worked with Phil and I know Phil is one of the best in the game I currently train 3 mma fighters in my area would love to know this energy capacity systems better and offseason/camp training. Key focuses along with how you basically taper this when closer to fight camp
