End of the Year Goal
🍾🥳 New Goal before the New year 🥳🍾 Finishing out this last stretch of 2025 my plan is to finish the year on a high point 🏋️‍♀️ Establish long term stability within my career 🏋️‍♀️ Re-establish a skeleton of a new routine/schedule 🏋️‍♀️ Design more programs, practicing in different scenarios 🏋️‍♀️ gain more specific knowledge/experience on performing an athletes assessment including assessing VO2 Max and how to improve VO2 Max and lactic threshold 🏋️‍♀️ Put together Christmas Presents and cards to mail to my family for the holidays 🏋️‍♀️ Run 16 miles 🏋️‍♀️Practice Muay Thai minimum 3 days a week and yoga once a week in addition to my strength and conditioning 🏋️‍♀️ Be able to do a spinning back kick successfully in any scenario per coach request (I just learned how to do one this last week)
New goal:
Part way into improving my breakfast habit, which has been simply to eat it, I have decided to pause, maintain and add in exercise because I felt amazing after my morning ruck yesterday! I'm new to it, so building my aerobic base through it and going once a week. This is actually all in an attempt to sleep better. I was doing sunlight walks before it got too cold out, so I took my vitamin D this morning gotta rebuild the sunlight habit so I'll be keeping that vitamin in all week

Intro & Goals
Hi I’m Gavin Kelly a professional MMA fighter from Ireland. After nearly 7 years out of the cage I have been offered the opportunity to make a comeback on a local show I was a former champion of before I signed to Cage Warriors. With 16 weeks to the potential fight I messaged Phil for advice and he invited me to join this group so here I am.
Presentation
I’m Hamza, a certified s&c specialist and CPT based in Algeria. I work with everyday people and recreational athletes who want to lose fat, move better, and feel athletic again. I’ve also coached local kickboxing athletes and CrossFit competitors. I coach group functional training and S&C classes in a martial arts club, and I’m building Fit Hub DZ, a hybrid fitness brand that combines: • Training and nutrition coaching • Digital programs and templates for function & performance • Curated accessories and home gym equipment I’ve been overweight for many years and I’m currently working on my own long-term transformation while building the business. I care about helping overweight people gaining function and perform better with concurrent hybrid training. I’ve been following Coach Phil since his early YouTube days, and my approach is also influenced by coaches like Christian Thibaudeau, Joe DeFranco, Joel Jamieson, Luka Hocevar, Jason Brown, Alex Viada and others. I'm here to learn more about program design, the coaching art and managing a fitness related business
