Hello
Hello all, I am a 42 year old working as the police chief for my local municipality in Ohio. I train BJJ as much as my schedule will allow. My over all goal is to get in better overall shape and wellness and possibly compete in my first BJJ tournament with some of my officers in the future.
Intro&Goals
Hello, My name is Fess Stalder from Fort Collins Colorado. Im here to grow and change my health and lifestyle. I've always worked out. I had a ankle injury a few years back and major surgery so packed on some pounds. No my goal is to get back down to 235 currently at 285. So my 30 day goal is to lose 8 to 10 lbs

My “Intro and Goals”
Hello everyone! My name is Jason Raceles, and I'm from Sacramento, California. As for my training background, I started competing in Muay Thai at the age of 9 and continued until I was 17. In my early 20s, I began training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and competed in one tournament. Unfortunately, it's been almost five years since I last participated in combat sports due to financial constraints and a busy work schedule. I hope that one day, once life settles down a bit, I'll be able to return to training and competing in combat sports. Outside of martial arts, I started strength training at 15 and transitioned into competitive powerlifting at 19, competing in the USAPL. I've been competing on and off for about eight years. Currently, I'm a 27-year-old EMT with the goal of becoming a firefighter. While I'm no longer actively involved in combat sports, my primary reason for joining is to learn from Phil and apply his training methodologies to my career in the fire service. I believe many of the principles used to develop combat sport athletes—such as strength, conditioning, durability, work capacity, and resilience—translate exceptionally well to the tactical profession. My interest extends beyond simply preparing for the academy; I want to build a foundation that will support a long, healthy, and successful career over the next 30 years. I'm excited to learn, contribute, and be part of the group!
