Something new I built for the community 👇
One thing I’ve noticed in here is that a lot of people want to get stronger and build muscle… but feel like they’re guessing in the gym. Random workouts. Random exercises. Trying to copy what they see online. So I decided to build something for this group. I just finished putting together a full STRENGTH BLUEPRINT training course that walks you through how to train properly without overcomplicating things. Inside it I cover things like: ⭐️ The foundations of strength training ⭐️ The main movement patterns you should know ⭐️ 3 complete workout programs depending on how many days you train ⭐️ How to build your own programs later ⭐️ And a full exercise library you can reference anytime I also included a section explaining the science behind muscle building in a way that actually makes sense. Anniversary and tournament
I can’t believe it’s next month !! May 2nd is the day of the TKD tournament! I’m planning on doing my very best and getting some really good results. I’m not the best sparring but I am learning that my strength right now is stamina. I can keep going when others are out of breath and slowing down. May 3rd is my wedding anniversary with my lovely man child lol. We always go to Red Lobster 🦞!! This year Ken said we can’t do that this year with your diet. Can’t do all you can eat shrimps. Since your stomach is probably super tinny if you eat to much your belly will hurt. I laughed and said watch me. I will do crab and shrimp. Not all you can eat but I will eat my portion. I will share our celebration cake with you and it will be worth all the calories. Love this new version of myself !! Learn to love yourself also. It’s the best.

I need to ask !! Anyone surprised with the new version of MFP? I was playing around with it last night and surprised how I was not stressing out as much as I used to be when my favourite app changed. This journey is a game changer/ life changing experience. It showed me that I have the potential to do great things! I am worth the time and effort!!!! Consistency can be boring but the results don’t lie. You can’t cheat yourself. When you see the real results you can achieve it’s a great feeling!! Mindset change Relationship with the scale and with food changed. FOREVER!!!!!!!
