New ice cream maker
I’ve been seeing all these people making their own ice cream with the ninja creamy. Today I got myself the cuisinar version from Costco for a fraction of the price and I will try it out. Started by washing the 1/2 quart tubs and then filling 3 of them with different things. I hope they work out. 1️⃣ cookie and cream 2/3 premier protein vanilla 4 Oreo thins 247 calories 2️⃣ coffee latte ice cream 2/3 premier protein coffee latte 107 calories 3️⃣ Reese’s coffee latte ice cream 1/3 premier protein vanilla 1/3 premier protein coffee latte 1tbsp PB powder 131 calories

Been on a spree of YouTube videos from 2 particular channels (Doctor Alex, and Leonid Kim MD). From what I see, they are doctors who are not sponsored by any entities, or selling any products on the side. Seems like they genuinely want to post information to the public for our education. So here's 1 of the video to share, with Doctor Alex sharing how to lose visceral fat for longevity (I recall someone once asked how to lose visceral fat in this community): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VZIAey6SW8k I noticed a lot of similarities to our BBB strategies; - Resistance training - Protect muscle while losing fat - Proper sleep, as sleep directly controls fat storage, and sleep deprivation increases central fat storage - Chronic stress as a driver for cortison-driven belly fat - NEAT and daily steps matter more than most gym sessions Etc... Putting it out here for sharing and comments 😗
