šŸļø Close your eyes and imagine this with me...
It's 6AM. You wake up and open the curtains. In front of you is the beautiful blue waters of the Andaman Sea. You wash down a large cup of water with electrolytes. You go to the kitchen and greet your new friends over a coffee. I'm one of those friends ā˜ŗļø You put on your walking shoes and go for a 30-minute walk with the gang. You come back to a spread of eggs, turkey bacon, fruit, protein shakes, and more coffee. You're not sure how to track the food, but good thing I'm there to show you exactly how. You go back to your room for some personal time. 11AM hits, and I'm waiting in the gym to show you how to properly train (finally šŸ˜†) We head to the sauna after, and we share our goals and dreams. We do a mobility session together and rest for a few hours. It's 6PM, and dinner is served. Your meal is optimized for your calorie and macro goals + you get a side of bone broth 🤩 We end the night with a short but sweet lesson on how to optimize your sleep. You head to bed, and we do it again tomorrow. So... I actually had the pleasure of taking part in an experience like this last year on the beautiful island of Koh Samui at a luxury called Villa Solana. I became good friends with the honorable guests there, including three Miss Universe Thailand's šŸ˜‰ (how lucky am I) and one of the top Thai female fitness influencers (@befitwithjess). There's really nothing like a 3-day unplugging getaway where your main focus is yourself... but with an awesome support system to top it off. Raise your hand if you'd want to experience this šŸ™‹šŸ½āœ‹

New PR unlocked — 45 lb one-arm DB row šŸ„µšŸ’Ŗ Didn’t get the sleep I wanted (5h 53m), but still showed up and went BEAST MODE anyway. Big moment for my heart: gym auntie (who I usually only see Sundays) happened to be there today, walked over to my bench, and told me I look trimmer 🄹 That compliment made my whole day. Also spreading some Valentine love ā¤ļø šŸ« Gave front desk Julia a sweet treat — she’s always so kind and helpful at check-in. šŸ« Gave my coach a treat too for always thinking of me when 24HR has specials. Energy in, energy out. Always. And @Usra Shah — YES girl… I definitely slapped my body back with BEAST MODE today for yesterday’s recovery šŸ˜ˆšŸ’„ Proof that consistency > perfect sleep. Show up anyway. Lift anyway. Shine anyway. ✨

Adjusting plans!
I had already planned out my meals for today, because I bought valentines day cupcakes from a local bakery and I plan to fully enjoy one of them after dinner tonight.🧁 BUT then my hubby sent me this: "Do you want to go on a breakfast date with me?"šŸ³ Guys, word choice matters. It's not like I would have turned him down if he had just said, "hey let's try out this place for breakfast," but the fact that he asked me on a date made me feel like a giggly 18 year-old again.šŸ¤ Anyway, I checked out the menu and adjusted my plan, had a protein shake and an apple this morning before we went out and then had a bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich at the restaurant. Skipped the potatoes, drank water. It was delicious and I was very full after pre-gaming with fiber and protein.šŸ’ŖšŸ¼ Rather than sacrificing a lovely breakfast date with my husband or sacrificing feeling good about my choices at the end of the day, I found a balance and adjusted the plan. Wināœ”ļø
