One thing Iโ€™ve noticed in here is that a lot of people want to get stronger and build muscleโ€ฆ but feel like theyโ€™re guessing in the gym. Random workouts. Random exercises. Trying to copy what they see online. So I decided to build something for this group. I just finished putting together a full STRENGTH BLUEPRINT training course that walks you through how to train properly without overcomplicating things. Summary / TL;DR - Feb: A professor from a top 3 medical school told me I could "collapse at any time." ๐Ÿ˜ฐ๐Ÿฅ - Mar: I have reduced my body fat to an acceptable range.". ๐Ÿ’ช - Apr: Even under heavy work stress, Iโ€™ve partially maintained my body composition! ๐Ÿ’ผ๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ My Question for the Community: In my case, harsh words improved my body composition. Have you ever experienced something "bad" or discouraging that eventually turned into a "good" or huge win? ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ‘‡ The Full Story Back in February, a high-ranking medical professor looked at my blood work and told me I could "collapse at any time." ๐Ÿ˜ฐ He immediately prescribed statins. My family was furious, and I was incredibly anxious. That fear pushed me to completely overhaul my diet and design my own meal plan. ๐Ÿฅ—๐Ÿ“ By late March, I sought second and third opinions. One doctor still wanted me on meds, but another saw my progress and agreed to let me try pausing the statins to see how my body responded naturally. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฉบ While that first doctorโ€™s delivery was harsh, I stayed so consistent with my new meal plan that my body composition improved drastically by the end of March. โœจ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™‚๏ธ Lately in April, work stress as a "salaryman" has been high, and usually, Iโ€™d be stress-eating. ๐Ÿ”๐Ÿšซ But because of the "curse" that put me in that "panic phase," Iโ€™ve managed to partially maintain my body composition all through April!
