Strength Building Workouts
Hi everyone! I’ve recently been diagnosed with Osteopenia after having a bone density scan. I want to try and get back into working out again to build strength. I dance twice a week as often as I can but find my back aching after a while. I wanted to ask if anyone had any recommendations of good exercises to try in the gym / at home or any recommendations to how to get better at building a workout routine. I have very limited time in the week to work out so shorter the better haha. Thank you in advance!💗

This incredible woman joined Coeliac Wellness Club in her mid-30s. Juggling family life, fatigue, and a body that just wouldn’t cooperate anymore. She’d been diagnosed with coeliac disease for over two years and was still battling constant fatigue and stomach issues. On top of that, she was recovering from endometriosis surgery. Start strength training from home 2x/week (you can use the guide in the resources section for a full at home workout program) 2. Track your calories, protein, and fibre daily to get your baseline numbers. I always recommend MyFitness Pal! 3. Gradually increase your steps to 8k/day and maintain there. Increase by 1/2k steps/day every 2-weeks until you reach 8k 💪
