Winter sickness
Has anyone have trouble getting sick or really bad sinus infections during winter? I've been trying to take normal vitamins and eating proper. However I've been almost getting sick every week then like a two week break then back again. Wondering if that's just a celiac thing or just something random😅

GF in Paris!
hey! I am going to Paris for my 24th Birthday in April. I have seen a gluten free bakery called Copains which I am DYING to try. I am there for 4days and kind of dreading finding safe places to eat. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated or tips on how to find places!🧡

Celiac Multivitamin
I was wondering if anyone have heard of this Celiac Multivitamin from Inspire Gluten free? https://www.inspireglutenfree.com/?srsltid=AfmBOoq7sGmti4sMp5M6bj9hv-slXZTalGIrBxYv62tbrgg_CJe3WwtB This is their website and Im kind of curious if anyone else heard of it.

@Rebecca Wills I use it. But have not heard of anyone else that does. That is why I was asking. So far I like it and got my vitamin labs done and my doctor loves how my vitamin intake has been besides taking the extra b vitamins and iron supplements. My doctor told me that she will be recommending this kind of celiac vitamin to her other patients. So I guess this is really good and really helps not having so much different vitamins

That's sad. I hope there is one similar out there that does. We need to drug deal good celiac multivitamin to those doesn't have a way to get them😂
Vitamins and deficiencies
Hey guys!! New to being coeliac and taking care of myself in general. Beyond the prescribed medicines for deficiencies (I take iron and folic acid), what are the best vitamins and minerals to take that help coeliacs, or just people in general, function better?? Follow up question is what’s the best value for money? I’m a broke student so I don’t want to be spending unnecessary money! Thanks everyone, excited to be here 😊😊

I was just in your shoes I graduate last year from college. The b12 and iron is a must. And also add magnesium! Magnesium helped me sleep better and my brain wasn't foggy when studying.

@Rebecca Wills I found out what is helpful with taking the different vitamins is using a pill container for the different days and meal times. Dont know where you are from, but in the US there is a celiac vitamin made specifically for celiacs called Inspire Gluten-free. And I love it. https://www.inspireglutenfree.com/products/multivitamin-complex-powder Here is the link for it.
GF Pierogi!
Anyone have those favourite foods/recipes they're nervous to try after diagnosis because it'd be heartbreaking if the GF version doesn't feel/taste the same? Pierogis were one of mine- I put it off for some time and finally attempted last week. I was so relieved they felt and tasted the same and that I could still fold them nicely! Here's the recipe :) https://glutenfreeonashoestring.com/gluten-free-potato-pierogi/
