Strength Building Workouts
Hi everyone!
I’ve recently been diagnosed with Osteopenia after having a bone density scan.
I want to try and get back into working out again to build strength. I dance twice a week as often as I can but find my back aching after a while.
I wanted to ask if anyone had any recommendations of good exercises to try in the gym / at home or any recommendations to how to get better at building a workout routine. I have very limited time in the week to work out so shorter the better haha.
