I'm not from the UK, and with the time difference and work, can't make the coaching calls. I saw there is a spot for coaching call recordings in the classroom section. Anyone know when these may start to become available?

Anyone have those favourite foods/recipes they're nervous to try after diagnosis because it'd be heartbreaking if the GF version doesn't feel/taste the same? Pierogis were one of mine- I put it off for some time and finally attempted last week. I was so relieved they felt and tasted the same and that I could still fold them nicely! Hey team, just wanted to jump on and ask where are some places any of you have traveled to that have had good options for coeliacs (& dairy free)? I'm planning my honeymoon (yay!) and we would love to go to Europe (I'm from NZ), but I'm unsure where the best places/cities would be that are easier to find options to eat. The last place I want to have food anxiety is my honeymoon 😄
