💥Client Spotlight - 9lbs down in just 8 weeks as a busy shift-worker?!🔥
This woman is UNSTOPPABLE. When she joined Coeliac Wellness Club, she was feeling drained physically and mentally, and was struggling with her confidence. Working long shifts as a paramedic, managing fatigue, and figuring out gluten-free & fat loss nutrition is no joke. But, she didn’t let ANY of that stop her! In 8 weeks she: ✅ Lost 9lbs ✅ Improved her digestion + energy ✅ Stayed consistent despite a broken finger (!!), shift work AND a holiday abroad ✅ All while building strength + confidence 💪 We worked closely to keep her nutrition coeliac-safe, flexible, and realistic for shift work. No over-restriction and no burnout. Just smart adjustments, and a support network to push her along. This incredible lady proves that being coeliac or having a busy lifestyle doesn’t mean giving up on your goals! It just means focusing on the right actions. Whether you’re newly diagnosed or years into your gluten-free journey, it’s never too late to take back control of your health and confidence 🧡 If you want to build a nutrition plan that's sustainable with real life, make sure to go through the nutrition videos in the course section!

Points & Engaging w/ Other Members 🧡
Hey girls, hope you've all had an amazing first week to kick off 2026! ✨ To keep this a supportive space for us all, I'm going to be only making the course and resources available to people who have reached level 2 on the points system (only 5 points!!). This is NOT to exclude anyone - it's to encourage everyone to engage in the community, and make it a welcoming space for all ladies who are struggling with Coeliac disease (or know somebody who's struggling with it!) The more we all use this community to support and uplift each other, the more we can all grow and navigate this confusing condition as best as possible 😊 You earn points from other people liking your posts/comments, so here are a few ways you can earn points inside the community: ✅ Like and reply to other people's comments so that they like and reply to yours! ✅ Make posts about useful tips, recipes or other tricks you've learned since your diagnosis that others will find useful 👩‍🍳 ✅ Share a post about your story so people who are also struggling can relate and support you. ✅ Post all questions in the feed (not the comments) so that everyone can see them, give you advice and help you along the journey! ✅ Share places you've travelled to or restaurants you've eaten at 🗺️ Feel free to get creative here! There are no silly questions, and all personal anecdotes are welcome (so long as you're not telling people to eat gluten or cross-contamination 🤣❌). Let's make this the MOST supportive space for Coeliac women in 2026 ☺️ Love, Ella 🧡 PS. If you're nervous about making public posts, liking and replying to people's comments is the best way to go! PPS. I'll like all your comments and posts too, so if you reply to 5 other people's comments, you'll get there in no time!

GF Pierogi!
Anyone have those favourite foods/recipes they're nervous to try after diagnosis because it'd be heartbreaking if the GF version doesn't feel/taste the same? Pierogis were one of mine- I put it off for some time and finally attempted last week. I was so relieved they felt and tasted the same and that I could still fold them nicely! Here's the recipe :) https://glutenfreeonashoestring.com/gluten-free-potato-pierogi/

Different Reactions to Different Grains?
Does anyone else get different reactions?? Oddly enough my reaction have always been very mild with wheat, a very minor stomach ache, constipation, and fatigue. Barely is a whole other story, I react awful to barely. I get debilitating stomach pain, nausea, migraines, etc. I haven’t payed attention to any other grains and don’t feel like testing it out lol, but I’ve noticed I get especially bad reactions to barley.
