Vitamins and deficiencies
Hey guys!! New to being coeliac and taking care of myself in general. Beyond the prescribed medicines for deficiencies (I take iron and folic acid), what are the best vitamins and minerals to take that help coeliacs, or just people in general, function better?? Follow up question is what’s the best value for money? I’m a broke student so I don’t want to be spending unnecessary money! Thanks everyone, excited to be here 😊😊

I take a multi vitamin when feeling a bit run down and take Vitamin D daily. I bought my previous Vitamin D in Holland & Barrett when they had a sale on. I’m now prescribed it from my coeliac review blood test. I would deffo ensure you get bloods done once a year to check for any deficiencies :)
Strength Building Workouts
Hi everyone! I’ve recently been diagnosed with Osteopenia after having a bone density scan. I want to try and get back into working out again to build strength. I dance twice a week as often as I can but find my back aching after a while. I wanted to ask if anyone had any recommendations of good exercises to try in the gym / at home or any recommendations to how to get better at building a workout routine. I have very limited time in the week to work out so shorter the better haha. Thank you in advance!💗
