Awesomeness Coming Up On The CLASSIFIEDS Calendar!
I just wanted to highlight some of the amazing opportunities that are coming your way in case you haven't checked out the calendar lately. On Wednesday, the CLASSIFIEDS own @Stacy Covitz is hosting the $5/Day "Be Seen" System masterclass. If you've ever wanted to get into Meta ads but were scared you were going to lose your shirt, she will teach you how to dip your toe into the waters in a measured and meaningful way. Free for ALL MEMBERS. On Thursday, I will be hosting the PERSONALS for premium members. Since this is the first meeting of the month, it will be our beloved "Business Card" exchange. It's an opportunity for you to tell us about your community and what makes it special. We record it and share it with the entire group. So start practicing your spiel and get ready to make meaningful connections! Next week there are three other amazing sessions that you will want to add to your calendar. I'll talk more about them in a future post - but check it out now and save the dates. Finally, I've added a new Onboarding Welcome Call for new members on May 14. Anyone is invited to attend. Moderator @Faith Adebayo will help me host the session, and we'll talk about how to make the most of this community. HOW IT WORKS - READ THIS FIRST
Ever wonder how you can let people know about your Skool community? Feel like you have so much to offer but don't know how to get people involved? Wish there was somewhere you were actually allowed to promote yourself and talk about your offer? Look no further! The Skool Classifieds are the place where you are not only allowed to promote yourself, but you are actually encouraged to do so! Like the Classifieds section of your local newspaper or the Community Message Board at the gym, this is the place to let people know what you do and what you offer. Here's how it works: 1. Invite other Skoolers you know to join the group using your invite link. The more people join, the more people there are to promote to! 2. You can post once a day only. This is to keep the group from getting spammy. If it's spammy, people won't read and you won't get noticed. Post as many days in a row as you want, but please do not post the same thing day after day - mix it up! 3. Make sure you add your post to the appropriate group/heading. Please see below for a description of what each group is for. If you don't see a group that is appropriate, message me. 4. Self-Promotion is what this group is all about, but please do not DM people with your offers. You will be removed from the group for doing this. 5. Introduce yourself in this thread, and then scroll up and find someone you have something in common with. Reach out. There are some really amazing people here! 😉 This is a place for us to support each other for our mutual benefit. Hate speech, offensive language, or general negativity will be deleted, and you will be removed from the group. *Please check out this post for more tips on how to get great results from your posts. Chronic Fatigue Tuesday - When Your Physiology Hits the Brakes
Better late than never 😂 Running behind today! Something Strange Is Happening in Every Community I Visit. I see the same thing. Some people are whispering the same thing. Different people. Different backgrounds. Different goals. Same sentence: “I’m exhausted, and I don’t know why.” Going live, and I can see they have black circles under their eyes and can hardly keep their eyes open. Not “busy.” Not “a little tired.” I mean the kind of exhaustion that feels like someone unplugged your internal power source and forgot to tell you. You know what I'm talking about? And here’s the part that keeps grabbing my attention: Everyone thinks it’s a personal problem. Almost no one realizes it’s a physiological pattern. There’s something happening under the surface, something almost no one is naming, and once you see it, you can’t unsee it. Let me give you a hint. The Body Has a Secret Setting Almost No One Talks About Most people think fatigue = “I need more sleep” or “I’m stressed.” But there’s another mode the body enters when the load gets too high, physical, emotional, metabolic, inflammatory, environmental. It’s not burnout. It’s not depression. It’s not laziness. It’s not lack of motivation. It’s something far more interesting: A built‑in conservation mode. A survival negotiation. A physiological downshift. A protective strategy your body uses when it senses it can’t run at full power. And here’s the wild part: Most people are living in this mode without knowing it. They think they’re failing. Their body thinks it’s protecting them. Those are not the same thing. The Clues Are Everywhere (Once You Know What to Look For) If you’ve ever felt: - tired after sleeping - wired at night but exhausted in the morning - foggy for no reason - like your brain is buffering - like your energy is unpredictable - like you’re running on fumes - like you’re “doing everything right” but still drained you’re not imagining it. You’re not broken. You’re not behind. You’re not “not trying hard enough.”
