Here is what Lydia has to say: In an ideal world, our brains waves flow nicely from an excited state to a focused state, a visionary state to meditative state, and onward to a deep sleep state. Frequently, more than one of those states is happening at once. If things get rough, stressful, or traumatic, the intersections of those waves can become jagged. If we have some sharp edges after a rough day, like getting some bad news, taking a fall on our skis, or getting in an argument, usually we get back on track after some sleep if the system is healthy. We take extra steps to guide our brains back to calm, such as bathing, hot tea, yoga, or meditation, and when that happens, we're often able to fall asleep and hopefully get deep sleep.But what if sleep is broken? If our stress becomes chronic from things like ongoing hostility at work, or a single event such as a house fire that causing injuries, homelessness, and an inability to show up at work, we find ourselves getting less and less quality sleep and becoming more stressed during the day. Yoga and meditation may not work if brain waves are too volatile and misaligned. When we feel anxious and can't recover, we might turn to alcohol or sleeping pills. I'm a mother, a daughter, performer, teacher, community member, and I'm a survivor who's overcome impossible life odds. I came out the other side at peace. Why? In all my degrees and certifications - Applied Art, DMA in Music, Performance Coaching, Meditation Facilitation, Hypnotherapy, Positive Intelligence, Circle Leadership, Policy Governance, Board Leadership, NOLS, I've found one unifying factor that's helped me: FREQUENCY. By the end of this session, you'll have a clear understanding of controlling frequency in your life.

Ever wonder how you can let people know about your Skool community? Feel like you have so much to offer but don't know how to get people involved? Anyone can build a funnel in a weekend. But is it the RIGHT funnel?
We're in a really weird phase of online business. A few years ago, most of us couldn't build a funnel if our life depended on it. Now we can build one in a weekend. - Website - Lead magnet - Email sequence - Course - Community - Sales page DONE AND DONE. Building out a working funnel isn't a timesuck anymore, but there's still a MASSIVE bottleneck that nobody sees: ❓Does any of it actually make sense? A funnel isn't just a collection of pretty, polished pages and emails that fire off without a hitch. AI can do that in a nanosecond - but humans are the ones taking the journey THROUGH that funnel. And the stunning Claude artifact you just hit publish on might well be pointing folks in the wrong direction. (And it's so freakin' confident in itself you don't even think twice.) 🙋‍♀️ Every step of your funnel, from Instagram post to Skool About page to classroom upgrade, should help a thinking, feeling human answer: "Is this relevant to ME?" "Can this help ME?" "Will this actually work for ME?" "Does this feel safe and aligned for ME?" Producing THINGS is very different from producing OUTCOMES.
