Feel amazing at any moment? Yes, please!
As a Skool group owner, we often have a LOT to do! Many of us put conditions on feeling good. “I can relax AFTER I finish this project.” “I’ll feel happy and energetic AFTER I lose the weight.” “I’ll take time to enjoy my life AFTER I find the perfect relationship/fix my current relationship.” “I can feel better when everyone in my house is healthy.” What if you dropped all your conditions and just felt good right now? If you did that, then completing the project, losing the weight, finding the relationship…those things just become the cherry on the metaphorical fruit salad. You can absolutely feel amazing right this moment, no matter what’s going on in your life, and no matter how long your to do list is. You KNOW what it’s like to feel free, energetic, vibrant, abundant, light, grateful, proud, joyful. You’ve felt those things before. You can feel them right now, using the power of your mind and imagination. Good things tend to come to us more easily when we already feel good. Have you noticed that? This Relaxation Saturday, I invite you to take 3-5 minutes, 3-5 times today, to just allow yourself to feel GOOD. Take a few deep breaths, let your body relax, then think of the feelings you want to feel. Just imagine those feelings moving through your body. If it helps, remember a time in your past when you felt that way. Maybe it’s JOY, gratitude, vibrancy… maybe it’s feeling SAFE, like all your needs are met. Perhaps it’s deep gratitude, or a sense of abundance and compassion for yourself and others. Maybe it’s something totally different, as long as it feels GOOd to you.
