HOW IT WORKS - READ THIS FIRST
Ever wonder how you can let people know about your Skool community? Feel like you have so much to offer but don't know how to get people involved? Wish there was somewhere you were actually allowed to promote yourself and talk about your offer? Look no further! The Skool Classifieds are the place where you are not only allowed to promote yourself, but you are actually encouraged to do so! Like the Classifieds section of your local newspaper or the Community Message Board at the gym, this is the place to let people know what you do and what you offer. Here's how it works: 1. Invite other Skoolers you know to join the group using your invite link. The more people join, the more people there are to promote to! 2. You can post once a day only. This is to keep the group from getting spammy. If it's spammy, people won't read and you won't get noticed. Post as many days in a row as you want, but please do not post the same thing day after day - mix it up! 3. Make sure you add your post to the appropriate group/heading. Please see below for a description of what each group is for. If you don't see a group that is appropriate, message me. 4. #Breaking News: Only 17% of podcasters make it to episode 10
I'm in my 11th year as a podcaster with over 1,000+ episodes. Very few podcasters have this kind of longevity so.... Here are 10 quick podcast growth/monetization tips l wish I knew when I started. โคต๏ธ 1) Weekly podcast content is GOLD. โญ๏ธ I haven't missed a week since 2015...and I've got over one million downloads. 9 out of 10 dentists agree that you should brush your teeth every day and release a podcast episode every week.....you cannot argue with SCIENCE! ๐Ÿงฌ 2) Expert positioning is the KEY to converting listeners into clients. โžก๏ธ 2/3 of my content is solo episodes and coaching episodes. โžก๏ธ 1/3 (or less) of my content is interviews. This ratio allows me to be seen as THE expert.....not the person that INTERVIEWS experts. 3) Stick to ONE CTA (call to action) on each podcast episode. ๐Ÿ“Œ If you ask your audience to do twelve things they will do zero things. 4) Stop stressing out about being "everywhere" on social media. ๐Ÿ“Œ Focus on finding 1-2 platforms that feel E.L.F (easy, lucrative, and fun). Vote all of the other platforms off of the island. ๐Ÿ๏ธ 5) You don't HAVE TO do any video content....like at all. ๐Ÿ˜ฑ All of the podcast influencers and "experts" will ring the bell of shame.... ....just ignore them and keep cranking out weekly audio episodes. ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐ŸŽง๐Ÿ”ฅ 6) ๐Ÿ›‘ Stop chasing podcast sponsors. ๐Ÿ„ I can make ONE sale with a mushroom coffee affiliate link and earn 22 cents. ๐Ÿ’ฐ I can make ONE sale with a one on one consulting package and earn $5,000. I've done the math....$5,000 > 22 cents. 7) ๐Ÿ›‘ Stop over editing your podcast. If you deliver a TON of value... and deliver it with at least mediocre energy... ...your audience won't care if you say "UM" four times. ๐Ÿ‘ 8) ๐Ÿ›‘ Stop accepting guests from PR companies that address their pitch emails to "Amanda".. ..my name is ADAM! ๐Ÿ“Œ Most of these guests really suck. โžก๏ธ They won't share your podcast episode..... โžก๏ธ and their gardener will be outside running the weed whacker the entire time while the interview is going on.

Want More Member Engagement? Give Your Community Something to Talk About #breakingnews
One of the quickest ways to do that is to invite your members to build in public. Not in an anxiety-inducing "come teach a masterclass," or "show us your perfectly executed thing" kinda way. Just a "show us what youโ€™re working on, we're GENUINELY interested" kinda way. e.g. ๐Ÿงถ If you have a knitting community, invite folks to share challenging sweater patterns they're trying to figure out. ๐Ÿฆฎ If you're a dog trainer, your members can share their dogs' favorite enrichment activities. Then other members can weigh in with stuff like: โ€œWhat else have you tried?โ€ โ€œHave you considered this?โ€ "Holy shit that's genius, I've never thought to try that!" โ€œOhhh, I have the exact same problem.โ€ IDK about you, but I don't want my community to be a dusty old content library with just a wall of posts by ME. I want it to be a lively place people actually want to return to and chat with each other. Where they might not even miss that I step out for a day or two! Because our members might have come for information. But they stay to feel less alone, get unstuck, be seen by people who get it, and occasionally borrow a brilliant idea from someone who's a few steps ahead. It's like the dragon boat club I run. People come for my coaching, but they stay for each other. They don't plan lunches and outings and game nights with me... they plan them with each other. They become friends, advocates, supporters, collaborators. That is a community. Not just people who show up to learn how to paddle and then just slink off home again. This week, inside Funnel Forensics, weโ€™re running a 7-day show-and-tell event we're calling Open Case Files (because, detective theme). Several members are popping the hood on the customer journeys, funnels, email flows, offer paths, or business systems they're building out or trying to fix. It's going to be EPIC, seeing the behind-the-curtain thought processes, ideas, strategies, and problem-solving shenanigans that go on. I'd love for you to join us, cheer our community presenters on, and spark some ideas for yourself too!

#Breaking News: Decide Once.
When it comes to our health, most of us already know what to do. The challenge isn't knowing. It's consistently DOING what we know. For the habits that you know youโ€™re love the results for sticking with consistently, decide once and put them on non-negotiable auto-pilot. When a habit becomes non-negotiable, you stop wasting energy on the daily negotiation of: "Should I... or shouldn't I?" Instead, you've already decided. Maybe that's: ๐Ÿ’ช Strength training 3 mornings each week.(decide what you're doing too, not just when) ๐Ÿฅฆ๐Ÿซ˜๐Ÿฅ‘๐Ÿ  Food prep every Saturday. (ideally you prep versatile building blocks and you know how they'll easily come together into a variety of meals) ๐Ÿ’ป Logging off at the same time each evening so you can wind down and get a great night's sleep. Every decision you automate is one less decision that can derail your progress.
