Running a business while juggling real life isn't easy.
Some days you've got clients. Some days you've got children. Some days you've got elderly parents. Some days you're clearing a house, working from a café because the Wi-Fi has disappeared, and wondering how on earth you're supposed to stay consistent. That's exactly why I created the 30-Day Momentum Challenge. We're not trying to do everything. We're choosing a handful of daily activities that genuinely move our businesses forward and committing to them consistently. If you've been telling yourself... 📆 "I'll start properly next week." ⏳ "I just need more time." 🤷🏻‍♀️ "I don't know where to focus." ...this challenge is for you. If you'd like to join us, come and have a look at Client Momentum Club. We'd love to welcome you. 💜

🧪 Ask Me Anything: What Makes People Stay?
#AskMeAnythingSaturday Most conversations about Skool are about getting more members. I'm more interested in what happens after they join. Why do some communities become places people don't want to leave while others quietly fade away? That's the question we're researching. I've been studying real Skool communities, collecting patterns, running experiments, and testing ideas around onboarding, engagement, leadership, outcomes, and member experience. So today, ask me anything. Whether you're wondering about: • Getting new members engaged • Creating meaningful first wins • Improving onboarding • Building a stronger community culture • Or something completely different Drop your question below. I'll be checking in throughout the day and sharing what we've discovered so far. If you're curious about the research and want to explore these questions with other community builders, I'd love to welcome you to Skoolology. We're building a community for people who want to design communities people don't want to leave.

@Kathy Fluch Exactly, Kathy! I think that's why I keep coming back to "What's the next step?" It's such a simple question, but it shifts the focus from finding the perfect answer to making meaningful progress. The more I study communities, the more I believe progress is what keeps people engaged. When members can see themselves moving forward, they have a reason to come back.🙌

What's your easiest source of income?
Everyone talks about finding clients. Not many talk about how they actually got their first consistent income online. Sometimes it came from referrals. Sometimes partnerships. Sometimes an offer they almost didn't launch. Those stories are usually far more valuable than generic advice. I'm always interested in hearing how different people got started. What was the first thing that consistently made you money online?

@Megan Harrison Food for thought, right?
#AskMeAnythingSaturday (About YouTube)🚀
If I were starting YouTube from scratch today, I'd do a lot of things differently. Over the past few years, I've learned lessons the hard way what actually grows a channel, what wastes months of effort, and why most people quit before seeing results. So today... 𝗔𝘀𝗸 𝗺𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗴𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗧𝘂𝗯𝗲. Some ideas: How do I choose a niche? Do I need to show my face? How much money does it take to start? How do I get my first 1,000 subscribers? How do I find video ideas people actually search for? How can YouTube help me build a personal brand? How do I get clients or business through YouTube? What's the biggest mistake beginners make? Or ask me about anything else related to YouTube. I'll be checking in throughout the day and answering as many questions as I can. 𝗧𝗼 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗱: 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗶𝗴𝗴𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗧𝘂𝗯𝗲 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝘄? Is it: Getting started? Choosing a niche? Staying consistent? Getting views? Building your personal brand? Turning viewers into clients? 𝗗𝗿𝗼𝗽 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝘀𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗼𝘄, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗲𝘁'𝘀 𝗳𝗶𝗴𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘁 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿. 👇

@Avinash Khatri For someone who wants to use YouTube to document research and build authority rather than become a typical creator, would you approach the channel differently?🤗
#FriendFriday 🎉
It's time to celebrate each other! In the COMMENTS BELOW, please share a Skool community you think is doing really great things. It can be one you've participated in yourself or one that you've heard from others is amazing. Please do the following: 1. Tell us the name of the community and link to it (affiliates allowed). 2. Tag the person who owns the community. If they are not in the CLASSIFIEDS, then please send them a DM and let them know that you mentioned them here. I promise you will make their day! 3. Describe why the group is so wonderful and how it has helped you. Please DO NOT just copy and paste the About page! 4. Comment on each others comments and scroll through the referrals to see if there's an amazing group you are missing out on! Thanks so much for supporting each other and this community! Please note that any #FriendFriday mentions that are created as new posts will be deleted. Thanks! Please DO NOT promote yourself. 🤨. The entire community is for promoting yourself. This post is for celebrating someone else. 😊

🌟 Community Builder Spotlight I'd like to introduce you to a community builder whose mission really resonated with me. Meet Kelly, founder of D-Klutter: Organize with Kel. Kelly's mission was shaped by a deeply personal experience. After caring for her parents, she faced the emotional process of clearing out their home. That journey taught her something many of us discover along the way. Decluttering isn't really about stuff. It's about memories. It's about emotions. It's about creating space for what matters most. Today, Kelly helps people move through that process with practical guidance, encouragement, and compassion. As she puts it: "Every item evokes some kind of emotion. I want to help people release what no longer serves them while organizing the things they truly love, so they can enjoy them and give them the respect they deserve." If you've been wanting to simplify your home, let go of the clutter, or create a space that feels more peaceful, I think you'll enjoy what Kelly is building. 👉 D-Klutter with Kel Building better communities. One spotlight at a time.
