Frag Battle: Dior Sauvage Elixir vs Bleu de Chanel EDP (Pick One & Why)
Two heavyweights. Two very different styles. Option 1: Dior Sauvage Elixir - Bold, rich, spicy, loud, attention-grabbing. Option 2: Bleu de Chanel Parfum - Smooth, versatile, refined, and easy to wear in almost any situation. So let’s debate it: If you could only keep one, which are you choosing? Sauvage Elixir or Bleu de Chanel EDP? Make your case: Which one wins on scent, versatility, performance, compliment factor, and overall value? Bonus: Which fragrance would you recommend more often to the average guy?

Spouse opinion
So today I’m wearing D&G The One EDP. I love this fragrance but after applying it this morning my wife asked what it was and said she didn’t really like it. How do you all react to your spouse not enjoying your fragrance. Do you wear it less. Not wear it at all. Or completely ignore it and wear what you like.

Montagne Discount
Just a heads up for anyone looking to purchase from Montagne. Now through April 19, they have a 10% discount code REDDIT10 plus free shipping on all their fragrances. They only do this once or twice a year, so if you were on the fence or waiting to make a purchase, this is a good time to do it. Also, they just released new inspirations of Byredo Gypsy Water (one of my top 3 all-time favorite fragrances), Byredo Mojave Ghost (and an amazing summer fragrance that does well in high heat), and a Tom Ford one that I don't really care for (Neroli Portofino). I already have Mojave Ghost, but I might order that Gypsy Water to get their take on it. I'm a big fan of their versions of Another 13 and Torino 22.
Creed Aventus
On the road this week and going into a board meeting and I wanted something that is an easy wear. Nothing overly strong and interesting as this isn’t the time. This is in my travel samples as believe it or not I’ve not converted this yet. But it may just make it on the list. The few times I’ve worn this it has been a nice experience. I can see why it’s a signature scent for so many people. It’s a fresh citrusy scent that drys down into a sweet powder. This one puts me in the right frame of mind for the busy day ahead locked in a room for meetings. This one will catch my nose without offending others with the small scent bubble around me. A great way to keep me grounded for the day. Wishing you all a great Wednesday
