I’ve thought on this a few times over the past couple of weeks and I’m still thinking lol is Creed still considered Niche? As many of you know The French beauty giant L’Oreal acquired Creed in April 2026 as part of its purchase of Kering Beauté. Well, L’Oréal doesn’t concentrate on just perfumery. They do makeup and who knows what else. In addition to that, I was always under the impression that Niche fragrances are done in smaller batch but I know that at least Aventus is mass produced in large industrial settings. Additionally, most Creed fragrances are readily available right next to designers in Macy’s, Dillards and several other department stores. What are the thoughts of the community on this?

So I’ve posted before about the LED underlit display shelves I built to fit in my display case… in my enthusiasm for building and installing a second set (thanks in no small part to encouragement from @Ben E ), I accidentally tore a wire out of one of the panels as I was jamming them into a snug space, and the bottom front panel was no longer lighting up. Well, my OCD won out and so I spent the morning today cutting a new panel and replacing the one that wouldn’t light. So now it’s safe to say that my shelving is complete. I like how it turned out. If anyone is interested in learning how I put it together, let me know — it was actually pretty easy

My wife added this to our collection without telling me 😬 It’s a 10ml so it’s still relatively reasonable. Since I’m a NY’er and have a party tonight overlooking the city I decided to take it Empire for a spin!! Another “cute” bottle for our collection!! These 10ml have been defined indelibly with the word cute by @Paul Bartnicki 😜

Found this at Marshall’s in my travels on clearance for $29.99 and couldn’t pass it up. Mr. Burberry Eau de Parfum by Burberry is a Woody Spicy fragrance for men. Mr. Burberry Eau de Parfum was launched in 2017. Top notes are Cardamom, Mint, Grapefruit and Tarragon; middle notes are Lavender, Nutmeg and Cedar; base notes are Patchouli, Cinnamon, Amber, Vetiver, Benzoin and Sandalwood.

Finally pulled the trigger on a full bottle of Jusbox’s citrus fresh beauty, Good Morning. A full 78ml of orange tang and sea breeze that mellows into a smooth and stylish musk undercurrent. Came with a 7.8ml travel version and a 7.8ml travel of the boho leather Beat Cafe, and a handful of 2ml samples from the house. Lovely!
