I sampled both the EDT and EDP, but didn't really like either one. Moreso in the edt, the orange note came across like baby aspirin to me, and I couldn't get past that over multiple wears. This much-hyped new release by Dolce & Gabbana opens ambery, moderately sweet with a hint of orange and some smooth, warm spice. There's a richness and a slight aromatic quality also. Tobacco is listed but I can't really isolate it, so it must be part of the woody richness that dominates the fragrance. Projection and sillage are moderate for an hour, then steady mild to the 2.5 hr mark. The orange note becomes more noticeable after an hour., but thankfully it's not as synthetic as baby aspirin. After 2.5 hrs it has become a very mild woody, amber fragrance. At 4 hrs, TOP (I just coined that acronym, and I expect credit wherever it is used across the internet, from now til the end of time 🙃) is a woody skin scent. I'll give it another couple of wears, but at this point I can't justify the hype. I'm sure collectors want it to complete their set, but if you're looking for exceptional fragrances, I highly recommend sampling before you buy! Enjoy the rest of the game brothers!

A lazy Sunday in track pants and a T-shirt. The fireplace is cranked as we are dealing with the ridiculous 0 degree temps. Still gotta smell good and haven’t had this out in a while. Truly gotta love the sweet citrus and creamy sandalwood and amber. Sure the longevity and sillage are infamously terrible but the fragrance is just incredible. All I gotta say is whenever you wear it spray away then enjoy.
