Temp or clothes
So I know that there are summer fragrances and winter fragrances due to the notes and the outside temp. However, this week is supposed to be hot but I will still be wearing a suit to work. I feel like my lighter summer fragrances just can’t project through a suit. Would I be ok still wearing slightly heavier fragrances? Which affects the fragrance more the temp or your clothes?

Agree with @Lon Chaneyfield Minimize your sprays and find scents that are not too heavy, and it can work.

Much warmer today so I’m going with Mancera Vetiver Sensuel. Very bright citrus off the top but not too sharp. The Vetiver is more of the smoother TF Grey Vetiver style. Really nice with decent performance for me in my wearings.

Looking for recommendations
I had a recent experience trying a fragrance that was very strong patchouli. At first I thought it was awful but then I found myself going back and smelling it multiple times but I couldn’t decide if I loved it or hated it. What are some fragrances that have some patchouli but not overly prominent or overwhelming.

I would say that TF Beau de Jour would be a good place to start, you can start with Zino Davidoff for a much cheaper option?

Needing a spring attitude pick me up so I’m going with Al Haramain L’Aventure Knight. A nice GIT inspiration that gives me better performance than the OG. Very classy and office ready for any professional.

I am above 50 and I have been looking to improve myself in all styles. I am hoping to find a positive environment.
