💭 Reflection: "Tough start to the morning, So I started it with a cold shower, because I knew it was going to be a tough day, with a meeting with my boss that I wasn't looking forward to, and Sage helped me heaps in the preparation - I was quite delighted and inspired by how she helped me and we got some pretty good outcomes from that meeting. This meant it became a better day than I had thought, as I'm at crossroads, and the way she helped me frame and link, things to my Ikigai was like watching a sycnchronised swim dance come together. It's been a long day because I've had studies to do and work to do, didn't get out of my walk, but I did the lawns, so that felt good, and yeah, tomorrow will be a new day. I'm feeling a little bit behind on landing and doing of my week two plans, because I've had some pretty serious kind of career work things to deal with in terms of future focus, but that's okay, sometimes you get those curveballs and we'll just run with it. It wasn't a perfect day because I didn't tick all the boxes, but it's okay. Tomorrow will be a new day. Engagement Score for today: 6 - Partially engaged. Some things held attention for a while. But we have our cheerleader to remind us of the wins along the way, so we don't lose site if them: - here are some for me to remember: 🏆Managed my RSD before a tough meeting. Had a strategy, used it, didn't spiral. 🏆 Had an honest, vulnerable conversation with Boss. Used my voice, not a "put on Debz expected, upbeat we can do anything" performance. Said what I needed without apologising for needing it. 🏆 Got clarity on business direction, my potential role, and five-year alignment. Walked in foggy, walked out with a map. 🏆 Advocated for my salary target out loud. That takes guts. 🏆 Named the Ikigai question directly to Boss. "Does this fit, or do I keep looking?" Brave. 🏆 Started an outline and Plan for writing a book _ it's always been in me, and thanks to a few members who enjoy my story telling - Swizzel the Squirrel, got into a string of Hyper planning.
