NEW? START HERE 👇
Welcome to ADHD Harmony. I'm genuinely excited you're here. This community exists for one reason: to help you turn ADHD from something you fight against into your greatest advantage. No quick fixes. No productivity hacks that work for a week then fall apart. This is identity-level transformation, grounded in neuroscience and built from real experience (my own included). The next free 5-day challenge will be on April 27. Before it begins, watch the 7 short videos in the classroom that explain the community and how Skool works. This takes about 20 minutes and will fully prepare you for what's ahead. ⚠️ Watch the "Welcome & Introduction" videos before the challenge starts. They'll set you up to get the most out of everything that follows. 👉 Click here to dive in

Week 3: Emotional Mastery Thread
Hey everyone! Starting this week, I'm creating a weekly thread where we can all dig into that week's content together. This thread is open to everyone, whether you're on the paid program or following along with the Blueprint. Drop your takeaways, questions, or something you're struggling with from Week 3 below. Let's talk about it. 👇

From overwhelm to meaning
Hi, my name is Usman, I’m 44 years old and I live in Copenhagen, Denmark, with my wife and our three children. I was diagnosed with ADD at the age of 41. Right now I’m unemployed and trying to figure out my next step, whether that means going back into a job or building something of my own around AI, coaching, mentoring, and helping people in a meaningful way. You can ask me questions about: • ADD and how it affects daily life • being a father to a son with ADHD • AI tools and prompts that can help people with ADHD in practical ways I want to get these things from ADHD Harmony: 1. Help with not getting stuck in my projects 2. Support in finally building something meaningful that helps others 3. Better ways to avoid burnout, loss of motivation, and the anxiety of starting again For fun, I like to: 1. Explore AI tools and creative ideas, especially ways they can support people with ADHD 2. Reflect on spirituality, purpose, and the meaning of life through an Islamic lens, and sometimes arrange workshops about it to inspire hope and healing 3. Use my creativity to design posters, make videos, and support NGOs with content for orphaned children in Pakistan

Comeback Protocol - printed for quick reference.
Just built my Comeback Protocol in Week 3, and honestly, naming my inner critic "The Badger" was more powerful than I expected. Learning to say "I notice The Badger is talking — that's a thought, not a fact" is already shifting something. The goal isn't to never spiral. It's to come back faster. Building the muscle. 💛 I needed this. I've been searching for something like this.
