Next live 5 day challenge announcement + New AI experience
Hey everyone, Jim here. Three things announced today. 1. The next 5-Day Challenge kicks off August 31: Free, live, and rebuilt from the ground up. This is the best version we've ever run. Save your spot here. Then do the part that actually decides whether you show up. Open your own calendar, block the hour on all five days, and set two reminders. For brains like ours, if it's not in the calendar it doesn't exist. Do it now, while this post is still on your screen. It takes two minutes. 2. Still finishing something something? You have until July 20 ⚠️ If you're working through the ADHD Focus Reset or the current 5-Day Challenge, they stay open through Monday July 20. After that everything closes until August 31. 3. New onboarding, and a new AI experience: The ADHD Operating Manual. The first section is free for every member, so you can try it before you decide. The full version is $27 right now instead of $99. Temporary. And that $27 is one single payment, no subscription. It also opens the chat with my AI twin: three messages a day, every day, all the way until the challenge starts on August 31. Ask it why you keep doing that one thing, and it answers with everything it already knows about you from your own reports. So tell me where you're at. Vote in the poll, it takes one tap. And if you're coming August 31, type a comment below and include the word: CHALLENGE and let us know how excited you are 🥳 With love, 💛 Jim

🌸 Monday = My Day 🌸
I'm claiming something new, and I want to share it with you. From now on, Mondays are MY days. 🙌 Not the day I catch up on everyone else's needs. Not the day I disappear under the laundry, the to-do list, the endless caretaking. My day. Here's what that means 👇 ✨ I consciously build in the things that matter to me. ✨ I gently push back the things others ask of me. ✨ I put myself at the very top of my own to-do list, so I stop falling through the cracks. 🕳️➡️🌟 Because here's what I've learned: if I don't choose myself on purpose, there's only ever a scrap of time left. And I refuse to live like that. 💛 So this Monday, at least a few things that are important to ME are going to happen. On purpose. No permission needed. Who's with me? Tell me one thing you'd put on YOUR day. 👇 #MondayMyDay

Check in 7-20 - Only a few complaints or issues in what we call life
📅 Daily Check-in - July 20, 2026 💭 Reflection: "Since my hand surgery/carpal tunnel surgery, I have had a pain that goes along the line of the thumb at the palm. I can't put weight on that. I'm not sure why. The only thing that would rest near there is the brace I have to wear for three months at night. But, if that was the case, it should hurt for a short time in the morning, not all day. I guess I'll find that out at my next appointment in a few weeks. I'm trying to keep my hydration up. I have to go for bloodwork again in a couple weeks before an appointment with my PCP on 8/3 to make sure my kidney's are functioning properly. Apparently, my last test wasn't good, and we want to blame it on dehydrated. So now, I'm trying to drink at least 64oz of water. Better than what I was drinking. I spent time with my youngest (18) last night molding clay blocks into some piece of art that we would eventually then bake. He is so creative and thoughtful. He made many small gifts for many different ones in our congregation and his friends. He made a penguin that looks awesome. The reason he made that? He thinks that one in our congregation is a good father to his 3 kids (14,20,23). He asked me which animal was a good father. I said a penguin because the dad is responsible for the egg (35-75 days depending on the species and does not eat during that time.). I had to look up the stats. Anyways, I thought of that because of the movie "Happy Feet". Anyways, he thinks he's doing a great job as a dad and made it for him. Maybe, I'll get a penguin someday. lol I am not creative at all. I played with this blue clay for I don't know how long. I found a mold of a bee, and pushed the clay in. Then took it out so I had a bee. I cut off the excess and rolled out a piece and turned into a heart, and remaining I made a rolled a piece out to make a "stand" for it and some clay underneath the heart to try and have it all connected. The work of a 4th grader, but I made something. lol I slept OK. I did wake up for 1.5 hours, but still ended up with over 8 hours sleep because I didn't wake up until 10:45. Not sure what happened there. If we take the 1.5 hours out, that still was decent sleep.
Hi guys! I'm still here. Dealing with life at the moment.
I didn't want you to think I disappeared. Guess what, not a novel.
