Curious, what has been most valuable to you?
I’m improving the onboarding for ADHD Harmony and I’d love your input. What has been the most valuable thing you’ve gotten from this community/our programs so far? I want to make sure new members get as much value as possible right from the start, so your answer will help me shape the onboarding around what actually works. Would love to see your input in the comments.
Sibling rivalry replaced by sibling love....or has it?
📅 Daily Check-in - July 6, 2026 💭 Reflection: "Today was a long day. The boys were up early ready to go to Auckland while I quickly finished the last of the packing - the clothes that were washed after football yesterday. So I drove the boys to Auckland and back - 6 hours driving in total. They looked so grown up and smart in their uniforms. It was sad saying goodbye although I didn't show it - he's been on tournaments before but this is the first time that he's been so far away. At the end September he hits the Gold Coast in Australia! Well he would do when we find the money to pay for it - it's not cheap that's for sure! I had loads of things planned for the trip home with the youngest - things he could do with his arm in a cast but he just wanted to go home. He admitted that he was going to really miss his older brother - something that bought a tear to my eyes. Sibling rivalry has gone for the moment - it's been replaced by love. Hi I'm Mandy, Edit: Wow I sound so bitter. The Snapshot was full of questions that are hard to think about. I usually am highly masking, always smiling, trying to see the positive in everything so I'm not crumbling, but well not working on this fine early morning. I'm 36yo with a life that didn't go as planned. Always been different in some way, no matter the "group" I was in, never found where I belong even in my family. Add endometriosis that was undiagnosed for 7 years, operated last year, just to come back worse with adenomyosis. A long Covid in the middle of those years that felt like a steep cognitive decline. I spent years not recognizing myself in the mirror. I can now accept that i'm not the same, but I still don't know who I am or who I'm becoming. Self-diagnosed AuDHD, because I'm in France, and AuDHD is not even known... and getting an autism or ADHD assessment cost an arm and a leg, so imagine getting both. I work in Communication Strategy mostly, but I had many lives (tourism, events, client support specialist), and I do translation and interpretation sometimes as it was my first love. I'm trying to find my spark again, or a new spark, just something to feel like I'm living again, and not just surviving. I promise I'm usually more fun, I love to laugh (I make myself laugh a lot) and make others laugh.
