📅 Daily Check-in - April 14, 2026 - It was a good day
💭 Reflection: "I had a pretty productive day today, so I did a really big deep dive and further analysis on my Ikigai, especially because some of that is like 5 chapters of 5 years each, because I figure I've got 25 years more to be on this lovely planet. So lots to do really. So I had a couple of people asking me for some help with prompts and I always like to help people which, filled my little joy bucket a bit, so that was cool. And started the day off with a wonderful catch up with my body double mates, Suliet and Diana. And whilst we didn't do any body doubling work today, we did have some really good chats about what's been going on for us, all three of us, individually over the last 3 or 4 days. It was needed - it was really good because we got to help each other, you know, and just not feeling so alone actually. it felt safe to be vulnerable, felt great to be heard. I think I chatted too much, used up too many of the words, funny that, but what a wonderful bunch of ladies and I'm so blessed to actually have them in my life. It's always a better day for me when I connect up with some people as well. So very busy day at work, trying to do some things that aren't quite in my wheelhouse, but I managed my anxiety on that better today, which was really good. So yeah, and also I feel a little bit happier, which is cool. Now I'm going to go to bed early-ish because I'm going to be up in the wee hours with my cohort group. So I'll see you all tomorrow morning.
