Read this if you feel behind.
Quick truth: There is no "behind" in this challenge. That's a story your brain made up the moment you missed a day. And I get it. We are world-class at turning one missed session into a full-blown identity crisis. "I always do this." "I never finish anything." "Why did I even sign up." Stop and breathe for a minute.. Read the next line slowly: The challenge is not a train you missed. It's a room you can walk into whenever you're ready. Everything is still in the classroom. And the funny things is: Almost everyone misses a day. But what about the people with those big transformations? They're the ones who fell off as well. Felt the shame. And came back anyway. That is the rep that matters. That's the one that rewires you. Because every time you've quit something in the past, you taught your nervous system one thing: "We don't finish things." Today you get to teach it the opposite. Open the classroom. Press play on the next session. That's it. That's the whole task. Your transformation report is waiting on the other side of the questions. If You Are New Here…
I have been in the program since March; I did the five day workshop and then the 6 week program. If you are patient, watch the classes, do the worksheets, and don’t let the technical issues get you down, you WILL find help through this program. You will get insights into who you are and how your brain works that will blow your mind. I’ve spent decades (I’m 66) looking for answers Jim’s program has helped me discover. I’ve worked with life coaches, counselors, therapists, neurologists, brain injury specialist, etc. NONE of them were able to help me in the ways this program has. I am different in several positive ways because I’m making the necessary changes and following these protocols.
Behind, Not Behind!
I would at this point, normally, be ready to stop trying but because it is validated and not judged I am feeling free enough with the behind struggle with time to still keep working on it without all of the extra added weight this would normally😇 put on my situation.

Day 2
Well, mine is Put Laundry away.1. Sort into type stacks, 2. get basket, 3. Put stacks into it, 4. grab hanging clothes and put on top of the basket. 5. pu basket 6. walk up stairs 7. put basket down on the floor in front of the closet 8. grab hanging clothes up 9. hang them in the closet 10. pick up basket 11. walk to dresser 12. sit the basket down 13. Take stacks one at a time 14. Put each stack in the right drawer 15. pu basket 16. Walk down stairs 17. Bring basket to laundry room18. Place basket back where it goes. The mask I have been wearing is people pleasing so I don't have to think or focus on my own issues. Honestly, it hurts me because I begin to loose myself and therefore am missing out on living my own best life. It hurts other relationship because I am not able to be my best me. It also causes me to choose relationships that I am the only one giving and not receiving, so, I am not fulfilled in that way either. This may cause a lot of regrets at the end of life stage. I don't get to enjoy being me. I enjoyed playing in nature, animals, singing, music and playing baseball.
