📅 Daily Check-in - July 2, 2026 💭 Reflection: "My energy was highest when I left home and went to my Doctor appointment to have my stitches out and a splint made. What's really bothering me is my wife came home from dog sitting for a week. She looked tired and grumpy. She had her last visit with her retiring psychiatrist the other day. His advice to her was to keep working on getting the three guys, my 2 kids and I, to step up more. I said, that he misses the whole point. I introduced herto him. When he wasn't taking me serious, I searched. I found a good therapist and medication management through growtherapy.com (might be US only). People that understand ADHD. Then you add this to it, and you have a bulb go off and ways to make progress. Not someone saying, you got to make other people do things so you're happy. I understand the concept, but he provided no way for her to be successful. Just get his quick 15 minutes and move one. When i first met him 15 years ago, he did great at listening and helping with depression and anxiety. COVID hit and he went and stayed online. The 30-45 minutes went to 15 and you never got to say bye. He'd end the call. I got tired of that, especially when he said ADHD doesn't impact my life like it does hers. Right....this is a check in. Right now I feel irritated and relived at the same time?
