Wow, it makes me really happy to see others here succeeding and having good days!! The smile it brings to my face really impacts my mood in a good way. 😍 I did have a pretty good day today (Tuesday), preceded by a terrible Garfield Monday. (It's a goal of mine to figure out how to work on my dislike of Mondays so I stop subconsciously making myself flare up and feel terrible lol.) I had 2 rehearsals and a live webinar on stress, hormones and inflammation, which was quite disappointing. Got a bit annoyed and down, but came here and turned it around lol. Planning to dive into Day 4 of the challenge soon!
Just realised a pattern with how I operate!
📅 Daily Check-in - June 10, 2026 💭 Reflection: "Well what can I say - Jim's Twin was right. I needed to stop last night with the board papers and get some sleep. Although I was up at 3:30am to get everything set up for the live Cohort 3 session, I still felt really positive. I know what needs to be done today and the only factor that could hamper me is out of my control. Internet upload speed is extremely poor where we are but I'm happy to accept it's out of my control. But I also realised something after Jim's live. There's a pattern with how I operate. I have so many tabs open on my browser - each one reflects something that I'm either to do or am working on that I don't want to close it for fear of losing something. The same is said for the Ai platform. One single chat that I don't want to close for fear of losing something. It goes deeper - there is stuff happening currently in my life and I know I will lose that - it's out of my control. So we're currently working on a system to sort what I can control.
