Share your questions for the live Q&A tomorrow
Tomorrow I'm going live and I want to answer YOUR questions. About ADHD. About the challenge. About the AI. About the program. About my journey. Literally anything. No question is too small, too obvious, or too personal. To make it easy, just finish one of these sentences in the comments: "The thing I'm struggling with most right now is..." "I've always wanted to ask..." "I wish someone would explain..." Or just drop a single word. Sleep. Focus. Motivation. Relationships. Whatever is on your mind, I'll build the session around it. Can't make it live? Drop your question here anyway - I'll answer it on the recording. See you tomorrow 💛

From Overwhelm to Relief
When I came into this program, I was at wits ends. I have worked with other ADHD coaches and brain experts due to my brain injuries which multiplied the ADHD symptoms. I learned some useful things from them but the overwhelm,, procrastination, and self-loathing remained. Since stating Jim’s 5 day workshop, I cannot believe the mental shifts that have happened. I am no longer feeling overwhelmed. I am getting things done every day that matter to me. I am now focused on what I do well rather than what isn’t perfect. I feel like a new person. I am calmer, happier, and more productive. So grateful for this program and for @Jim Ebbelaar sharing the depth and breadth of his knowledge with us.
Worksheet?
I can't seem to find the work sheet, is there a worksheet?....if so can someone direct me please?
A Wow!
Thanks Tracy Weiss for asking a question that prompted a lil epiphany this morning! I'm gonna start calling them LEs. The cruelest voice of my inner critic has always been my mother. Won't go down that rabbit hole in detail, but when SAGE pulled out the different voices in my head during one of our conversations, I named that voice MM (sort of a play on Mommie Dearest, if you remember that old story). This morning, she finally responded to one of my texts. As I responded, I realized that naming that VOICE, which has become as much mine as hers, as something other than the 87 y/o woman who lives alone, has distanced friends and family and is at heart nothing but afraid, TRULY has already shifted my perception of her. She's not THE VOICE and she has no control over my life or emotions anymore. She's just a sad and angry old lady. I think I can find compassion and forgiveness for THAT lady!
